Thursday

September 10

  • All Access Pass Buyers and Vendors Only

    3pm to 6pm pre-show buy, sell, trade.
    Pizza party and special door prizes for vendors and All Access Pass holders.

Friday

September 11

  • 7am to 9am vendor set up only

  • 9am to 10am All Access Pass holders

  • 10am to 6pm open to the public

Saturday

September 12

  • 7am to 8am vendor set up only

  • 8am to 10am  All Access Pass holders

  • 10am to 6pm open to the public

Sunday

September 13

  • 10am to 1pm Show open to the public. $5 cash only at the door. All-Access Pass holders get in free.

All-access passes and vendor table sales open January 1st, 2026.

One and two-day ticket sales open January 1st, 2026.

  • $10 — One day entry ticket. Good for entry to public show (no early entry). This ticket may be used either Friday or Saturday. Only good for one day. It is NOT VALID for THURS pre-show.

  • $15 — One day ticket with one other person. Good for entry to public show (no early entry). Good for Friday or Saturday one day only. NOT VALID FOR THURS

  • $25 — Two-person Two-day ticket good for Friday and Saturday. NOT VALID THURS

  • $55 — All Access Pass. This pass allows the pen enthusiast and one other to enter the show early both days. It includes a meet/trade/sell of pens on Thursday evening 3pm to 6pm and then a pizza party with the vendors at 7pm. There will be door prizes at the pizza party. This pass is perfect for the serious pen enthusiast and allows you to mix and mingle with the vendors during the show.

SPECIAL EVENT JUST FOR YOU!

Silent Auction for Reef Relief 

Ten pen makers will submit pens that you will be able to vote on at the show. You will also be able to bid on them in a silent online auction. You will be able to sign up for the auction by QR code at the show. All profits from the auction will be donated to Reef Relief.
